How do i insert a link, but hide the link code?

Hi there i've been wondering how people insert links in there signatures but hidding the web address and have there dsired text instead of the web address.

eg.
www.srl-forums.com This is the kind of thing i have in my signature show my link.

But i want this link to happen when my text say's

eg.
SRL Forums Thus hidding the link code.

How would i do this?
