Well I'm in a surveying class this semester and the final is a take home. I can get all the help I want on it, so here it goes, tell me if you see anything wrong with it. On the translation to State Plane Coordinates my Tx's and Ty's don't exactly match...but I think they don't have to be the exact same.
This took me probably about 2-3 hours to do in excel, I also had to hand write sample calculations for each step.
I can't attach it here I guess...so I used Rapidshare, if you want me to email it to you or something I can do that. This is the first time I have uploaded anything to rapidshare.....
