Is it possible to get older version of scar? 3.15 for example, i didnt find any link to site, and freddy1990 site is down also.

Then why do you ask for an older version of SCAR?

Here you'll find older versions of SRL: http://freddy1990.com/snapshots/srl/
Which are pointless to get seeing SRL is updated for a reason, they probably won't work properly anymore.
