why am i still not a junior member? i have been registered for more than a week and have more than 10 posts

it took me a few days and my friend i think longer, just takes awhile for admins to look i think, or to check all posts

It may be because of spam posts.

Just because you've been here more than a week and have more than 10 posts, doesn't mean it was all legit.

They are probably checking your account.

Dude, there's a sticky thread like 2 above yours saying DO NOT POST WHY YOU AREN"T A JUNIOR MEMBER. YOu usually jus thave to wait a few more days. Sometimes, you can still access the junior member scripts when you have 10 posts and have been here for a week, even if your status isn't jr member.
