A error on a new installed computer

If any one who had their computer renewed, (like me) and reinstalled scar, srl.
May find this.
[Runtime Error] : Exception: Access violation at address 6720456E in module 'Embedded_SMART.dll'. Read of address 00000000 in line 85 in script C:\Program Files\Shit\1\includes\srl/srl/misc/smart.scar


It worked perfect yesterday... until I reinstalled computer today..
I tried like every thing..

I only have 1 Embedded_smart.dll in my plugin folder

tryed restarting scar?

is that smart v4 in ur plugins folder?

I tried:
Restar smart.
Reinstall smart
reinstall svn
and I DO have the new smart, I deleted the one i had, downloaded the embedded_smart.dll from svn and topic (I tried them one at a time...)
I think is sometihng about the extention or something with the new computer..

I read them.
I read all 3 of them before I made this thread, that is why I stated:

I only have 1 Embedded_smart.dll in my plugin folder
The second one has been done.
The thrid one is just stupid is outdated.

This is something else, ( I think) because this setup worked for me before I reinstalled my computer. I backed up my scar folder before I installed, and Tried the back up, and I got that error. when It worked before.

Atm, I don't think its scar/sub/scrip's fault, I think its window's for not letting me use it...
