Recovering a Runescape account

So this past month I just started playing Runescape again. I keep remembering the old days with my level 90 main (I quit like 2 years ago). I'm a member on my new account (currently level 64) and I don't have really any members quest done (maybe 1 or 2) which kinda makes me mad cuz I'm too lazy to redue them. Plus all my member skills are at 1 and I'm too lazy to do them to. So I started sending a recover lost or forgotten password (because I don't know my level 90 mains password anymore) and they keep getting denied. I don't really know the recovery questions for him, or the old passwords (can only think of one). I must of send them at least 10 forms for my account but they're all denied. Do you guys know any advice or anyway that can help me get it back? That would help a ton if I could just remember a bit of info. Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!

If you made member on your account then they e-mail you a transaction ID which can be used to recover ur account. Credit Card #'s address etc. can help!

EDIT: I tried putting in my phone number and they still deny it.

I'm not sure you're meant to enter your phone number.

Don't they ask for your PIN that was given over the phone?

Use tracker id thingy it works always try it on the pc u created the account

well i think the tracker id thing is a very good idea and maybe another tip is to make a file with all the account information when you get it back. i hope you get it back it will save you a lot of time:P

Theres not much chance to get ur account back if you dont know even the passwords or reccovery questions but if u wrote the pin down that u made ur account member it could work.

Your most likely got getting that level 90 back, but for future reference, i suggest you write down somewhere "safe" your details of your current account. And as you get mroe pins, and use more passes etc, record them so you can all use it to recover that account if anything bad is to happen.

i always get my accounts back by saying what levels i had for each skills, what i mostly did on the account, one or two passwords and what i have in the bank.

i have done this about 13 times, maybe you give it a try if you can remember?

Yea. I remember when my i lost my mains pass after quitting for a while. They denied all of my requests too.. Yea there probably isn't much you can do. Just have to keep working on your other guy. I know how you feel. :redface:
