There were a lot of them, and im sure there still are, but I dont use them. They definitely do exist though, so keep on trucking.

The only reason I know of them is because I heard something about them on the news or something.

I think it's sometimes legal to buy liquor on eBay, not sure how proof of age would work though. Of course it's easier to fake it online.
I'm not sure about USA law, but in Ontario it is illegal because all liquor has to be sold from the LCBO or a licensed bar.
