Scar Script >>>.exe

i was just wondering if there is some 'program' that turns a Scar script into an executable file(.exe) Just wondering.

I found it but didnt actually get the idea.
Do i need to have SCAR and SRL on my computer anyway?
If some1 wants to use my script thats packed with scarpack, does he need to have scarpack on his computer too?

so that you can just open the exe file and not click run? (I think)

Its nice but its not updated.

It cannot handle smart + only handles rs scripts.
