Start Menu icons are gone?!

So a few days ago my Start menu icons, the Programs part, was like.. cleaned or something, like 75% of all icons and stuff is gone and now I got to search for them manually to find them, and its not fun but Ive also noticed that everyday a few more disappear randomly, wtf is happening? My computer is not virus infected or anything as Ive scanned with about 4 or 5 diffrent scanners..

First, go here:

Then download it from the bottom link (executable) and save it to your desktop as ANYTHING OTHER THAN 'HiJackThis.exe'. Name it 'helloworld.exe' or something.

Tell it to scan and create a logfile, and post it here. Chances are someone here can tell you if you're infected or not :)
