Damn errors!

Iv searched all over and cant figure it out. It happened on vista but now im running on windows 7.

Error:
[Runtime Error] : Exception: Access violation at address 6720138A in module 'Embedded_SMART.dll'. Read of address 00000350 in line 48 in script C:\Program Files (x86)\SCAR 3.15\includes\SRL\SRL\Misc\Smart.scar

[iv replaced the plugin folder as iv seen]

i also get this error:

The prgram can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

and this error:

JVM.dll Could not be found, try reinstalling java

Iv tried reinstalling scar,java, my OP(was very quick), and iv even tried like 4 fixed(i dont think they were needed with rev 31) iv tried searching for the dll and placeing it in the 32 folder in windows and i had gotten another error WTH? please someone help -.- :/

Iv seen it,Should prolly move this thread there(making many mistakes today).

But i have googled it, searched it on the srl-forums and have found zero soulutions. Iv only found that you need to download the dll from some website and place it in the system32 folder. I have, it didnt work. I get yet another error saying thats it wasent for that program. I have also tried to go in the java foler and cpying the 2 dll's from there but it comes up with the same error as almost like they dont see the dll's.

Download this (http://freddy1990.com/files/msvcr71.dll) and place it in your system32 folder.
