Hello everyone! Im a 1 defence pure i have 43 prayer and 74 hp. I am currently at 64 range but i am going for 70 and would like to go for firecape at 70 ? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to complete it or the equiptment i should use?

iv talked to markus about it , he requires 2 pins to do it for me but i have no way of getting these , also he has never done it with a 1 def pure so he has no tips for me
