ive downloaded srl and scar on another of my computers and strangely it says: Include file C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.15\includes\SRL\SRL\Reflection\Reflection.Scar does not exist. even though i have downloaded it twice

You have to download reflection separate...

Include file C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.15\includes\SRL\SRL.scar does not exist. i get this now and i downloaded svn and scar and reflection =(
