what program do i use to develop c# scripts?

You could use VS2008 but it requires .net framework so everyone who wants to run your program need it installed and believe me it's annoying I code in VS 2008 C# to.

there are a few options, http://monodevelop.com/Main_Page , and of course Microsoft visual studios express editions. Both are free to download. The trick is knowing that if you want c# for a windows environment, then visual studios is the way to go. If you want it for anything else, the mono is the way to go.

You will need Visual Studio 2008, any previous version is not compatible.

I already done a C# bot, not realy for runescape, but it did work :)
i was kind of developing my own framework for it with alot of Scar/SRL functions, but i stopped on that. right now im trying to create a real-time Ray-Tracer :)

For a compiler i suggest Microsof Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition, I could post a link if you want to. however, im not sure what you mean with "develop c# scripts?", if you just want to write C# you could as well use notepad, but it doesnt have any IDE :).

I hate C#.Net for that it requires a .net framework to run.
