Einstein wrote this quiz last century. He said that 98% of the people in the world cannot solve the quiz.

There are 5 houses in 5 different colors
In each house lives a person with a different nationality
These 5 owners drink a certain type of beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar, and keep a certain pet
No owners have the same pet, smoke the same brand of cigar or drink the same drink.

Here's the question: Who owns the fish?

The Brit lives in a red house
The Swede keeps dogs as pets
The Dane drinks tea
The green house is on the left of the white house
The green house owner drinks coffee
The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds
The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill
The man living in the house right in the middle drinks milk
The Norwegian lives in the first house
The man who smokes Blend lives next door to the one who keeps cats.
The man who keeps horses lives next door to the man who smokes Dunhill
The owner who smokes Blue Master drinks beer
The German smokes Prince
The Norwegian lives next to the blue house
The man who smokes Blend has a neighbor who drinks water

With these 15 clues the problem is solvable.

I finally got it after ~35 minutes :)
How fast are you? Or are you one of those 98%?

No spoilers, please. If you insist on posting the answer, hide it somewhere :p

the problem is making the big chart thing (like this (http://users.skynet.be/alegis/bloeiendegemeente.gif)
I started making one on paper, but after i realized that it needs like 4 rows and columns, i quit. If i already had one made i would do it.

Use a spreadsheet (go to OpenOffice.org if you don't have one) and you can solve it in less than 15 minutes. Input the clues into several temp tables, and then have the actual answer table. The temp tables will then overlap into the final the table in only one configuration, there's your answer.

Like mentioned above the only reason why this would be considered "hard" is if the person is unfamiliar with the concept of using a chart like that one otherwise I think it would take a very long time to solve.

Aha! I solved it :D

The trick is to make a little table and start writing stuff down. Write what you know and just keep working at it and make changes along the way until everything fits.
