help on scar or srl?

Did you sure download SRL 3.5.rar file to SCAR 2.03 folder, and then extract them?
in Scar 2.03/Includes/ you must have folder called SRL.

You need to use a BACKSLASH(\) instead of a FORAWARDSLASH(/).

Juse re-install SRL. And follow the instructions very closely.
