Fortunately, iTunes is clever enough, in recent versions at least, to detect that your iPod has been setup on another computer.

So umm is there a way around this? My computer that has itunes on it has been taken down. And I dont want to lose my music. Any program please help :)

Search for SharePod or (not sure about this one) YamiPod. I know SharePod works good and it doesn't have all the protection junk in it.

downgrade? :p

or just plug it in then eject it if you're just using it for charging? :o

if you want to add music then do what is said above I guess.. never used it..

or get a charger to plug into the wall.. then you can charge it at school/work too ^^

Is there a reason you couldn't post it? I'm just wondering what your fix is...

well it might possibly be a cracked program or something, just one possibility....

If that were the case, it might be called JoboShare ipod ripper, or something like that.

Of course, speaking all rhetorically and stuff.

It isn't against the rules to link to software that someone could buy if they wanted to. Only if you link to an illegal download, etc.

>.> jordan_c I think you are off on your solution.. He wants to switch computers that he can use his iPod on because iTunes will delete everything if you use it on another comp..
When people make posts like that and have close to 10 posts, they are usually spamming to get Jr Members and you should just ignore it / report it for spam.

Tipard Ipod to PC transfer can get all your songs off the iPod,and then you could just rebuild your iTunes library.

i would say upgrade your itunes or get higher secruity that would be the best way to stop them even getting to touch your songs
