amd or intel?

Intel is very expensive while AMD is cheap and efficient and easy to overclock. I prefer AMD. What about everyone else? If you use INTEL and never used an AMD please do not vote in this poll and vice verca.

Im getting a my own computer on Wednesday April 15th!!!!!!!!!

It has Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz!
Intel is a lot faster than AMD. But Intel is more expensive. So I'll have to say Intel.
And yes, I have tryed out both processors and own an AMD right now and have owned an Intel.

I've got an Intel Quad Core Q9550.
I really love it though it was quite expensive...:)
My opinion is:
Intel: Expensive/High quality-->If you want the best of the best :norris:
AMD: Low(er) price/Good quality

I think AMD is alright for the most computers that do not have to perform extremely well... They aren't expensive. At least, not compare to Intel.
I fear that Intel is definitely ahead of AMD now though, with their i7.
