Hibernating is the completely wrong term. Sleep is the right term. Sleep is the power saving mode that your computer enters when idle that turns off certain components and lessens the computers overall power use. The main reason sleep is used it for the fact that when you awaken it, you do not have to have a startup process, it can just resume where it was. Hibernating involves saving the state of the computer and then shutting the computer completely off. Then having to boot the computer up and going through startup to resume where you were before.

You might as well just leave you computer out of sleep mode when you auto, just put the monitor on standby as if you are running Scar in sleep mode it will pretty much depreciate any value of saving electricity because it needs a good bit of processing power to run.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work in the same way that they got it working with RSbot.
