Why does this happen???

Why is it that you can hibernate while playing runescape, and then when you bring your computer out of hibernation it is logged back in the game without needing to enter login information??? Also is this detectable by jagex?

I'm sure there is a simple explanation, but even though it saves the information in a hiber file when hibernating shouldn't we have to at least log back in using a password?

It just loses connection, probably. It's like when it says "Connect timed out, waiting to be reestablished," or something along those lines, it will automatically log you back in when it reconnects :)

when you hibernate your computer, all program data will be saved to your hard disk. When you start you pc up again it loads your rs data back, so it looks like you have never logged out. But you did, and after a few seconds your rs client will notice it, and shows for you that you logged out
