But this isnt a runescape client its just a webbrowser made with Visual Basics. Its still nice though.
A runescape client would be a jar file.
And it cant open scar... I think thats because its on my usb flash drive =P

I believe that more than I would believe that you coded it.

You do not know what a source it.
You do not know out of heart(if that is how you say it) what programming language it is made in.

Its a universal jargon. And thats not even a source. Only a REALLLY small bit of it. Post the project files and ill believe you. And just a test, what you use to compile it?

I used Build -->Build Runescape Client then i goes to
C:\Users\Marie\Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Projects\Runescape Client\Runescape Client\bin\Release\Runescape Client.exe and uploadz.

I find it odd that someone that has made a client with the same code that can be found at PSC just by searching, there are infact a few RS client sources there, Im thinking he just copied it over to his own project, got no evidence tho, but stealing someones work and claiming it for yourself is wrong.

Here is my list of suggestions:

-The Music Player.

Make it more generic where we can choose songs we want to play then they will appear in a listbox. Your set-up only allows for playing certain songs.

-Firefox and IE

Make the program check to see if the programs' path exists. Remove the goback, forward, etc features. YOu will mostly likely won't need those in a Runescape client. Make a seperate form with a web browser for general purpose.

IT seems all of your code is visual basic 6 ish. Try and utilize the .net framework and features. You have the My namespace. My.settings, my.application,my.computer,etc.

Of couse, if you don't want others to use it, just leave it the way it is.

First of all, you should remove open scar functions. why? because if ppl dont have 3.21 or 3.20 it cause error/destroy form.

Its a good start, but mabye make the client in java?
why:
java is cross platform, and can be ran on linux, win and mac.
java can do much more than visual basic.
eliteswitch failed becuase it was in vb.

^dido, and good luck with getting into programing. I took a one year VB 2005 class and am now in a java class.

Wow, old thread much? Kinda quit, mainly cause of pricks like these but thanks Buckley :)
I'm much better at Visual Basic, and starting to learn Java now so maybe in the future I could have the next Swiftkit. :D

Also yeah, I made this shitty program when I knew nothing about Visual Basic, to be honest I didn't even know how to copy source codes. But yah. kthxbai :)
