Runtime error with SMART

Sorry if this is not the exact correct forum, but it has to do with the revision I believe...


Ok, I downloaded SCAR 3.20 on my crappy laptop, and wanted to bot on it. So I did exactly this, in exactly this order (I already had tortoise downloaded, and ready to go)

1. Downloaded SCAR 3.20
2. Installed SCAR
3. Went into the folder right clicked the includes folder, checkedout with SVN, and downloaded to rev 32.
4. Went into the move this to plugins folder, copied all the plugins.
5. Pasted them in the plugins folder
6. Went to run a script (I know it works, because I am running it on my current computer)

And I get

[Runtime Error] : Exception: Access violation at address 697D4CA9 in module 'Embedded_SMART.dll'. Read of address 0000000 in line 85 in script C:\blah blah blah

All help would be great

You didn't move Embedded_SMART.dll to the plugins folder? :p

No you are wrong 99_. If he did not do that then no access violation could occur within the plugin. Notice it says the violation is in embedded_smart.dll.

Sorry, I never really script for RS and I do not use smart much so I would not know anything about this. Try running again. Sometimes these things happen randomly.

I have. Ugh, I know it's something I'm doing... (most likely a stupid mistake). Because it also does it on my macbook.

Try to use SCAR 3.15.

I'm having the same error as Joey so I will try to expand. This error happens even though I moved the plugins from the SRL folder, created the reflection folder, ran the checkout on it and moved the plugin from that folder. I followed Coh3n's tutorial to the letter, and I imagine Joey setup his SCAR properly as well. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled SCAR twice so that doesn't seem to be the problem. So know does anyone know what's wrong?
