Look in your SRL folder, and you might have to move around some files/folders. I had to when I downloaded Rev 32.

Install Subversion. (google)
Open command prompt.
Type "cd YOURSCARINSTALLFOLDER%/Includes"
type "svn checkout http://www.villavu.com/repositories/srl/ SRL"
type "exit"
Open SCAR. It should work now.

What I mean is somebody download the entire SRL repository (32) and place it into their SCAR folder (like most people have already done). Then compress it and send it to you to uncompress and replace you current SCAR directory with.

Should work (a re-install of SCAR would help to reset the registry value and settings).
