On my spare linux computer I took out the RAM to have a look at it and put it back in. Now when I boot it up there are long 4-5 second beeps that go on forever. Is my motherboard fried to or just my RAM. I know that the RAM is slotted in right. Could static have done it.

Your RAM sticks arent installed properly or your RAM is fucked.

Have you tried taking out your Ram, again, and putting them back in?? If it doesn't solve the beeping then I would say that your Ram is probably fucked

I dont think it is static. I think you have just destroyed your RAM stick.

I mean I tried putting in the WRONG RAM stick in my computer with NO Anti-static and my computer is fine..

Stop saying like 5 times "yeah, it's *'d up". That does not help, nor is it true.

You probably put it in wrong, make sure you are able to clip down the clips on both sides of the RAM cards; they are difficult to push all the way in, so make sure you use a bit of force. If you try again and make sure it is correct, maybe your contacts are dirty. You can easily clean them by rubbing the contacts LIGHTLY with a CLEAN, NEW eraser. If that does not help, boot up a MemTest LiveCD and run it. If that fails, try booting up on Ubuntu and analizing how much memory it detects. If all of this fails, then you may have broken the actual hardware.

Also, static probably could not have caused your problem.

Report back when you try these steps.

I highly doubt you fried your RAM via static. I have had RAM out all the time with no anti static stuff and I have never fried a stick that I know of that way. You probably put it in wrong, or you might of put it in wrong the first time, damaged it, then put it in right.
