Help me rid myself of Pop Ups

Alright i finally got my Scar set and it runs, I was power cutting willows but after every inventory i get a pop asking me if it was aloud to access the folder or file/ internet i put the locations in and then as soon i clicked ok. it kept happaning. I then opened up the firewall thing and both the things i added were gone. Does anyone know how i can fix this, Your help is greatly appreciated.

Scar 3.20 -> Tools -> Options -> Main Settings -> Firewall: File Access (set to 'allow all') and Firewall: Connections (set to 'allow all') :)
