scar 3.15b

right i try to re install scar 15.b but when i try to download the srl it keeps saying cannot move files to scar/srl/ or what ever.

ive removed all scar 15.b files from my computer (trust me on that)
re-installed it
same problem
tryed to copy and past the files over still wont work help please :/

(yes ive allowed acces for firewall and programmes)

i dont really think it will solve your problem, but there's already a scar 3.15c

Nevermind SCAR 3.15c, theres version 3.20c out already.
