What language are SCAR scripts written in?

It is written in Delphi, and is a Pascal hybrid.

SRL Resource Library, a Pascal Library chiefly consisting of color routines.
though that's srl and scar is written in DElphi like harry said

You are wrong.
He asked what language the Script where written in. Not SCAR itself.
Scripts are written in Pascal Script, a free interpreter.
