Does not Have to be focused to take & save screenshots
Saves it to whatever directory you choose as a bitmap file. I can add options for the other formats later if anyone wants..

.bmp, .jpeg, .gif, .png can upload to Imageshack, disabled the button to upload for the other formats
Option to copy to clipboard & stay on top
Auto saves the URL's where your img's got uploaded to Screenshots.txt

Edit: [-jesus-] has done updates like .png and uploading, he should release soon. Also works in full screen programs. Sick gamer!
