How to buy Membership Pins?

Ive never done any black market buying / selling and im just wondering, if i wanted to sell some mill's for cash, or trade mills for membership pins, how would i go about doing that and whats a safe person to buy / sell to?

P.S. could i posibly get banned from this? xP

SRL will open a black market pretty soon if everything goes well, so just hang out a bit and then you can visit ours :)
For now however, no trading/buying/selling here.
