its a tough decision, but i can't get any sources whether the Guild Mine is the best choice for autoing or Lumberbridge. Guild Mine is harder because of the fact the ladders are almost impossible to detect with color itself. And Lumberbridge swamp is just slower exp.

SO i need decisions which is best for you guys.

Run this script:

Begin
If Random(1) = 0 Then WriteLn('Make Lumby Swamp Miner') Else
WriteLn('Make GMiner!');
end.

Get it ;)

AFAIK there is The Claw's swamp miner what is wokring. I didn't used that because I don't want to mine in the swamp. But I did tried a lot guild miner, neither of them working. So my vote is guild miner.

I think you should take the time and do the guild miner because it's better to put work in the script and than get faster xp. I saw you were going for 99 mining and that's like almost impossible in a f2p world so the lumby mine would make it even more impossible lol :)

If you go for the guild miner you have to check if anyone else is mining that rock or it's instant report.

true :/

tied :s i picked lumby because of the fact its the easiest to use, you dont get reported by noobs and pretty much available for level 30+ minning. So it is a good script. You can complain that guild miner is out dated and we need a new one. But really guild mining is full of flaws because of its massive space (means you get lucky if no ones around stealing those coals) and the damn ladders. auto-color can never pick up the ladder's color alone....

so closed and its goin lumby qq

If youre 70+ youll get more Gold when mining at the swamp.

And if you want to mine for experience, you mine iron +-+
...

So make a swamp miner... I'll make one too +-+...

To check for people around rock just have the mouse "miss" the rock really quick to search for an upText.

EDIT: UpText functions would be too slow.. just use GetColor

Wouldn't NaumanAkhlaQ's script always choose lumberidge anyways? He probably meant to do that though :p

Anyways, I would go with lumberidge too. I've gotten lower level characters banned guild mining (in mid 20's combat) from being reported I assume.

no its a 50 percent gamble. there are two results, if the result is 0 (the first result) then it debugs whatever if its 1 it debugs whatever else.

You should post this kind of stuff in General Help. Scripting help should be for people who actually need help with scripting.

Anyway, the guild = instaban apparently.

Actually Random(1) always returns 0. :p

Yup. Random(n) generates a number in the set of [0, n). And the set of [0, 1) contains only one number, which is 0.

And I vote for lumby. I like it better than the guild for some reason.

and i thought it was coincidence that i keep getting lumby for an answer in the script...

so 100% chance he should do lumby swamp miner? :p

I think you should do GMiner, it's faster and tests your skills more with the ladder, since you think it'll be really hard to find the ladders with color. Go for the more challenging, efficient one :)

EDIT: lol, I scrolled up and see a discussion about random(1) I thought everyone knew it'd pick only the one choice, notice the 1 in random(1), it's obviously going to have one answer :p. That's how I look at it. And even a member said it was 50/50  Blumblebee :p
