Im making a cs video with some friends, and I would like to know if you know any good programs that edit videos to put in effects such as smudge, smoke and so on, name em all here please!

ProTip: Use one software, mixing them will only end in cheap quality.

Im not making the video in multiple editors, Im looking for 1 perfect editor that beats all of the others, and that will be the one I will use.

Isn't Vegas suppose to be the best? That's what I've heard anyway.
If you want to know, I use MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 14. I'm not an expert on it, but I know you can do a lot of different things. :p
My friends saw this movie http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgM6vk3-rEs and now they want me to create a movie similiar to that with those kinds of effects and such, I told em it will take time and they said ok, so anything that goes as close as that would be perfect.
