Can't open 2 SCARs?

I've asked some other people, and they say they have no problem opening two SCAR 3.20's at the same time. I, however, have this problem >_< Opening up the first one gives no trouble, but as soon as I click to open the second one, I can see on the Task Manager that the process came up, but the application is nowhere to be found. Anyone else had this problem and/or know how to fix it?

Didn't fix :( It was already on False, turning it off and on (restarting SCAR in between) didn't help :\
