I don't think there is because we could have been able to open BenLand's SMART.

Umm, Hex Editors?

Not very useful for viewing source code though...

You don't know anything about dll files do you? They can be written in a variety of languages.

its not hat im tring to do that its just that i want to make a file stop opening up a web page every time i start the file
