Help me recover important delited files

i delited a folder, forgetting it contained another folder which contained alot of important files. I had recently moved the files there from another location and then forgot :S so now there gone. ive already used recuva and it didnt realy get anything important back. only found a few files that were in that folder.

does anyone know of any other ways to recover files? are there any ways of turning your computer backwards a few days?

System Restore is more for system settings. Well, there's TuneUp Undelete, but it isn't free. Recuva should have worked pretty well...
