My sister has this phone but it stoped working and t justs turns itsef on and off repeatedly my thoughts would be to reinstall the software does anyone know where I will find it or if there is another way to fix

You might have to flash the E-ROM of the phone, this happened to my k800i, search up wotan server or wotan client on google.
