Flesh Crawlers are best if you want to AFK or semi-AFK it.

Train on scorpions. I train on them with my main :) But I dont auto on them.
You could also use my cow fighter :p I have a str pure that trains on them :D 59 str so far

Just find some dungeon and train on low-ish lvl monsters, dont waste food, save money. That's what i do anyways. XD Maybe i'm just cheap

you can only train on dummies to attack level 8 ;)

the dummies in lumby give you like 1-2 exp per hit... at any lvl. thats where my friend got 99 def :P... not really but he did do the last 1 exp there.

as for what to fight... lvl 27 minotaurs. better than flesh crawlers and they drop some alright stuff.

flesh crawlers are the beast
you wont have to click on them to attack them
they attack you even if you are more than double thier level
