Need Help With A Claim :p

Ok, well I've been with this host right, and their hosting went offline for like 4 days and then my hosting account expired, so i only renewed my account to access my files then i filed a claim with paypal saying i never received the item.

This is what they responded :

What should i reply to that? They have it fairly correct lol, but i want my money back. (Just renewed the hosting today)

My host went down for 2 days before, are u planning on keeping site? If so use the same host? Thats pretty cheap.

They got you in a legal bind though.

Their ToS should be changed...it's stupid. They try to trick customers.

Tell them that they were trying to scam you, they shut down your account for 5 days so you couldn't access your files, and only way for you to access them after that was to renew your subscription.
