two replies and still noone answered. Well I don't know, I personally never sniffed tylenol before of any pill for that matter, but I'm guessing it'd probably burn the nose and give a headache, not sure if it'll give what you're looking for though. I guess best way to find out is to try, but that could also be the most dangerous way to find out, I don't know how that could affect your body. I wouldn't do it.

I sniffed smarties once, and some of the chunks were to big, and it felt like a ripped my eye from my brain (SInce the eye and brain are actually connected).
My eye got all red, it was terrible.

There is a reason why it is sold OTC, because it holds no recreational value. If you want to get fucked up, there are many other OTC shit you can do. However most of that shit may or will harm you.

Usually the stuff you can get twisted off of have other shit in them to stop you from using it recreational.
