The dev rev is better if you want to be updated, and want to have the latest fixes, however it may not be stable.

The Public Rev is better if you want your SRL to be completely stable, and if your in the mood for running scripts, not making them :)

RS has gone through alot of changes lately, and dev svn is updated more frequently so i'd say dev svn.

As of right now, the Dev Revision is the only one that works with the new updates AFAIK. You also need SCAR 3.21 + for scripts to work.

I would say dev-svn too. We got great developers and if they accidentally make something unstable they fix it in a couple of hours. So you can use it without much trouble.
And yes as others said the new updates ...
