It's set up in a way to allow you to continue to utilize more bank space than nonmembers are supposed to have.

when you get RS Members, you have more bank space, but when you go back to F2P you are unable to deposit anything in your bank until you have freed up enough space to store new stuff. This way, you are able to keep on using your bank with all the extra space all the same, without throwing away anything. You basically keep a copy of everything you have in your bank, so that if you take it ot you can always put it back in.

Technically you only need 1 of each item, but 2 or more is better, so that if you accidentally withdraw one of the items, you'll still have more in the bank.

No because if you have one, need to use it, and withdraw it, you will lose the slot.

If you have two, it is okay to withdraw because the remaining one fills the slot and keeps it open.

nothing new, but yea, I like the idea. I voted yes, and I hated when I went to F2P and had no bank space to bank something new :p

I made bank like that then i was 1st time member. :)

also then i was F2P after P2P i have takes all cash.. :X (in that time wasn't take all except 1 :D) so i took all cash.. :X i had to drop a lot of members stuff. :( but nothing wrong really i lost just 3mil ± :) but this one bank style is FTW really :)
