Compiling error I followed the guide exactly

Hello,im trying to setup SRL i've done it once before but I used an installer wich I can find anymore I followed StartBlasters guide as closely as I could done everything it said yet when I try to start scripts I get an error saying
Include file c:\ program \scar 2.03\includes\srl/ srl.scar does not exist

It probably has to deal with how you extracted SRL into the scar folder, follow the guide on the download SRL page.
