a lobster pot to catch lobsters
or a harpoon to catch tuna and swordfish

If you're just powerfishing, then trout/salmon is by far the fastest.

If you're going to bank, then Tuna/Swordies are probably a bit better than Lobs, since you spend more time fishing and less running back and forth. If you have Swordie gloves, then it should be much better than Lobs.

i've used someone power fisher to gain lvls, fastest is definitely fly fishing :D

If you're a member, fly fish in Shilo Village. The bank is so close that it would be slower to drop the fish. :p

I say banking the shrimp you fish from Karamja would be the fastest way to get exp by far.

Fly fishing is your best bet. It's not difficult to get 30-50k exp/hour depending on your level, so you should have 60 in no time. :P
