Okay so I was following this tutorial to get the latest SRL.

I was just asking... How am I going to get both "OpenDevSVN" and "SRLRepositorySVN"

Both of those have the same files? Do I replace the "OpenDevSVN" with "SRLRepositorySVN" Or something?

Why do you want the developer's revision and the public one, first of all? And I would have two SCAR folders. SCAR 3.20 (dev) and SCAR 3.20 (pub). You should know what to do from there. (And they both have to be at C:\Program Files\)
