Stupid question about the forums

Hey!
So yeah, i wanted to ask a dum question,
how much cash do ya have to donate to srl to get the donators avatar?
I mean i asked my friend and he said he got it for donating 1$ ( whitch i think is stupid) so i would like to know teh truth :D

Oh and one more question, how come some other junior members can use an avatar and some cant? i mean its well written that avatars are for members+, so i think this is unfair for some peopple.

I think you have to donate a good some of money, like 5 bucks+, but seriously if i was allowed i would donate at least 60 bucks to srl. Are you that cheap?

As far as I know, the only way a Jr. Member can have an avatar is if he donates ;)

Actually, this is probably the only thing I know btw,
Junior Members can have an avatar if the following happens:
You get a Cup.
For example 'Helpers Cup'
Like Dark Arcana.
OR
When SRL forums switched host to Villavu some people were given the permission to have an avatar (by accident)

i i could i would donate a heck load too, and it would be worth every buck.srl rules, butatm i cant donate that much. I could cough up like 15bucks or so, would that be enough?

Or you could learn to script and become a member. It's not too hard, easier on the wallet too.

I tried to script, well i dont think im cut out for that. I am not here only to gain bonus at runescape, i really like this community. I am not good at programming, but i can repair allmost any problem on a pc.
And i tried reading tuts, and the other thing is that its too hard to learn from reading and doing everything on my own. If i could find someone who could teach me Scar scipting i would be really thankfull.

Well, to tell the truth i am actually learning c++ now and it is pretty easy, and i'm not saying that its hard for me to self teach, its just hard for me to sel tech SCAR. Thas all. Any tutors who could teach me? :D

That's what I thought (Cups for Avvy), but when I posted that once an admin said that the Cups that give an avvy/bigger avvy size are reserved for SRL Members+ :p

As for how much you need to donate, I've heard $5+.
