Creating a Client, Need ideas

I am creating neehoswitch. It is kind of like elite switch.
Features:
1)Double Logger 2/acc/1/screen
2)Account Creator
3)Auto Typer
4)High Scores
5)Music Player
6)Quest guides to the side - One of the main features is you can read plain text quest guides while playing without having to change tabs/windows
7)Calculators (stats/real calc)
8)GE price grabber
9)Custom Themes
10)High Score Grabber
11)HP Watch (Still working on it) beeps if hp is lower than whatever you put in
12)Agility Watch (Still working on it) beeps when the ticket despencer needed moves.
13)Auto Logger
14)Working on Screen Capture
15)Working on the ability to Call a screen recorder tool

Im looking for ideas.
What else should i put in for features?
Is it possible to scan the screen for colors in vb(08)?
Any Ideas?
Does it sound good so far?
I cant think of anything, but please, i want ideas

Change languages.

VB isnt supported on all operating systems. Thats why SK isn't that great. Try using something like C++ or Python.
awh alright. Im not too good in python, and only know the basics of c++. Java it is then?
