Fap before bed. If you do it properly, you should be tired enough to fall asleep. Note that you should not leave your bed after you are done, nor turn on the lights. If you do, you will be woken more up.
If that does not help (though it works for me often), you can try listening to music at 0.9 speed quietly, as long as you do not sign along. I have never tried it, but Wizzup mentioned on the IRC that he does it sometimes and it luls him off to sleep.
Offtopic: please make a link to your huge signature, do not embed it please. It is huge, and even Hobbit has requested it removed. It is cool, so just link to it, not put IMG tags around it.
You nasty boi, I don't do that, I haz gf (idiota..)
I got no radio, all I have is a pc and a 42 inch TV.
offtopic : No!

offtopic : No!I doubt you have a girlfriend. Even if you did, it does not mean that you can not masturbate. It is human nature, and even people who have sex every day still do it. It is good for you; anyone who tells you otherwise is a complete and utter retard. :norris:
You can use MPlayer to play songs slowly. Or any other good audio player...
Also, remove the sig, again. Hobbit has requested it, and so have many others. Just replace IMG with URL.
I see why you fight so strongly for fappage..
I'll try this but the only kinds of songs I listen to is this..

So you listen to crap. Hmm..
Fapping is good to get tired. That's what I do. Even if I've already had a release, it just makes me tired.
Also, there's nothing wrong with staying up. I stay up for days sometimes, and it's really gun, honestly. You start to hallucinate, and you get confused, and it's almost like you're on drugs, but it's perfectly safe. Just stay up and lol at random stuff. :)
By the way, I have a girlfriend. And she might be pregnant. So having a girlfriend/boyfriend (whatever floats your boat..) doesn't mean you can't masturbate.
The only fault in your post is that I want the opposite, Im startin to go to school in 6 days, and I g2 learn to sleep better, I sleep 2 am normally if I stay up and play a game of DotA or 1.6..

I sleep an average of two hours a night during the school year, and a lot of the time I just stay up all night. Nothing wrong with that.

You sir, are crazy.
The easiest way I fall asleep is to just stop thinking. Like, just totally stop thinking completely and stare at the ceiling.

You sir, are correct.
And you could take some cold medicine if it's REALLY that hard to sleep. Just not too much.

Melatonin, the stuff that your brain makes to get youl asleep. 5 mg tablet. 2 hrs before sleepytime. Free to buy here.
Oh, and if you can't sleep the normal way, you might have autism. Just saying.

That and fap is what makes me sleep. A tip: If you try VERY hard to sleep then you most likely wont sleep until you have to go to school (or w/e)
Seems like Villavu should be called Fappavu..

Its not physical tiredness you are looking for. Its mental tiredness.
Regular exercise will help you sleep better but not before bed as exercise produces stimulants that stop the brain from relaxing quickly.
I have the same problem its not that you cant sleep its cause you dont need too. Your body has gotten use to staying up till 3AM in the morning and not getting up early. So when you try to goto bed at 1AM its not gonna happen.
You can try drinks, tea is suppose to be very good for you cause it contains antitoxicants which help you relax.
Theres a chocolate drink too, ovaltine is it? Suppose to help you naturally fall into a sleep.
If all else fails take sleeping pills or see the doctor.

Yer, i can't do that. I always seem to think..
However, i do go to sleep (generally about 2 hours after hitting the bed)...

Soo, would it be possible to get unused to it? Like, i can understand forcing yourself to stay up, however, not forcing yourself to go to sleep. So, wouldn't getting unused to it be hard?

Force yourself to sleep. Even if your not tired. Close your eyes and sleep. Don't move if your bored. Just lay down and close your eyes and sleep.

Just lay in bed, even if you don't sleep you'll rest. And to clear your mind you'll have to focus on one thing, for example an apple. Just think of an apple (try to get a picture of an apple in your head) and if you notice you try to think of other things, force yourself to think of the apple again.

Stop looking at screens so much, they keep the brain more active as it has to deal with the light.
When trying to sleep, focus on one thought, one thought only, gives the rest of the mind a chance to relax, making it easier to sleep.
Get into a sleeping routine, same time every day, and make sure you do something repetitively every night, like reading a book.
Regular exercise, not only does this also have health benefits, but it also makes the body feel like it needs to sleep (yes, masturbation can count as exercise).
Avoid drugs, including alcohol, tobacco and caffeine. While alcohol can make you fall asleep quicker, it wakes you up in the night, and you find it harder to get to sleep afterwards. With tobacco, I can't talk from experience, never smoked, never plan to, but a lot of people say that smoking has caused them to have sleep problems. Caffeine is obviously going to keep you up, so avoid coffee, tea, coke etc.
Comfort in your bed, so that you aren't wriggling around trying to get comfortable. Having a window open is nice, as it keeps you nicely refreshed and not too hot.
Minimize noise and light, these both keep you awake. Ear plugs and eye masks can help (got to love my bright pink one there :)).
Eat low energy food before bed.

You can either do what Richard says, or fap.
I dont before I go to bed normally, but if I really cant get to sleep, I will.
Someone mentioned Melatonin, I use that. I've heard that having a melatonin before you go to sleep and an Echinachea (sp?) once you wake up is really good for your health too.
I definitely reccommend getting a schedule for sleeping, Ie, going to bed at 11 or 12 every day and waking up at 7 or 8 every day. Once you get into a routine, you'll find sleep is easier.

Richard, I smoke and I don't experience sleep problems from it, but I do a lot of exercise as well so that may explain why I can sleep well because obviously you wear yourself out.
Run around your block 3 times

My sister is the voice of the female trainer for Wii Fit. :)

I do that, but in a other way, I think of my brain as a Apple Lisa and I'm trying to shutdown all processes but they keep re-appearing, focusing makes them to be more.. noisy.

Its not physical tiredness you are looking for. Its mental tiredness.
Regular exercise will help you sleep better but not before bed as exercise produces stimulants that stop the brain from relaxing quickly.
Never exercise within ~1hr that you want to go to bed or you won't be able to get to sleep. If you physically tire yourself though, you will also mentally tire. If your body wants rest from physical activity it will tell your mind to rest (go to sleep).
I would suggest, rather than sitting around your house and on the computer for 5-10+ hours a day (even if you take a break from it), go out and do something. Go for a jog/run, go workout, really any kind of physical activity that makes you work up a little sweat.
Also try not to rest during the day, if you need to only take like a 30 min nap. If I ever take a 2-3 hr nap in the middle of the day I always end up having a hard time getting to sleep at night. If I don't rest in the middle of the day I go to sleep almost instantly after trying to go to sleep.
I also find on days that I do NOT workout, I am always more drowsy/'worthless' and I have a harder time falling asleep at night. But when I workout, I tend to be more active throughout the whole day and sleep way better at night.
Try some physical activity and not just a little walk to the mailbox and back

If your like me you won't sleep at all on the first day of school.
Just continue programming until your mind is tired, do something hard that requires you to stop and think for 5 mins.
Make your mind run through a loop of possible code for that problem.
After int b = 500; you will be so sleepy you'll regret making this thread.

Lay belly down, and with your face in the pillow (Make sure to rid your self of boners..).
Suffocate yourself untill you *know* your sleeping.
Miraculously lift your self, and lay on your back.

Eh, I usually just go for a lap around town in the morning on some sort of device (bike, feet, skateboard, etc...) between that and not driving everywhere I need to go I sleep just fine. Although if I just spend my day at home and not do anything I have to stay up to like 3am to go to sleep.
