Application System Help

Hey guys,
first of all... I am not sure if this is the best place to post this so please advise me otherwise ;)

OK.
I need help on my vBulletin forum.
I want a system like on SRL, where there is a link to apply and there is a set format, then the application gets posted in the members section. BUT, I want the application to be posted in: Everyones view and Moderator + forum

If anyone thinks they could do it, please post here, PM me or IM me on msn: destiful@hotmail.co.uk
Apparently Hobbit did the system for SRL and ZaszMedia, so if you feel like doing it Hobbit, it would be greatly appreciated :)

Hmm, and what kind forum are we talking about?
I could help you moderate the board if you would appreciate it.

Also, pointed at everyone I think we should create a Forum about programming only about Windows, Linux and Mac and the rest.
We got enough people on SRL + the rest of the world would be okay, right?
