Best free delphi compiler?

I would like to learn delphi but first i need a good compiler for free.

Wizzup is right, get used to FPC and Laz and you should be all set. :)

Thanks :) I already had Bloodshed Dev-Pascal but it didnt compile all commands.
Btw is pascal and delphi the same thing and whats the difference?

Delphi is pretty much just Object Oriented Pascal.
