I am having a problem with SCAR that results in this error:
"[Runtime Error] : Exception: Access violation at address 697D5059 in module 'Embedded_SMART.dll'. Read of address 00000000 in line 96 in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.21\includes\SRL\SRL\Misc\SMART.SCAR"

I have looked through a number of threads on this topic and tried out a few scripts to make sure that an outdated script wasn't to blame. I have the open DEV repository on scar and I added reflection to my ...scar3.21/includes/SRL/SRL folder. I have made sure to move the plugins from both my SRL folder as well as my reflection folder. Also, I have uninstalled and reinstalled scar twice just to be sure that a faulty installation wasn't to blame. I was wondering if anyone has any idea what the problem is. If so, any assistance that you could give would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a bit new to using SCAR so please try to bear with me if at first I don't understand any suggestions that you give me.

I believe that you missed a step when installing SMART. Make sure you do that properly. There's a tutorial on it here:

Thank you JAD, but the problem is that I don't have a second embedded SMART.dll file in my plugins. I only have the Embedded_SMART.dll file.

Have you got Java installed? I know I got a similar error when I re-installed Wine and forgot to install Java.

Now I feel stupid for not thinking of that sooner. Thank you both very much. +rep.

EDIT: Actually, I just noticed a new problem:
"[Runtime Error] : Out Of Range in line 39 in script C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.21\includes\SRL\SRL\Core\AntiBan.scar"

Anyone know what this is?
