i need help where is a good site to create a website? that has no prefex like .webs.com it has just like .com and isnt insanly expensive

Thats the domain name, you need hosting first then you put the domain name over it (example.com). Though i heard Yahoo offers cheap domain hosting, I guess they offer web hosting too, so might want to google yahoo web hosting :).

Yes like BH said you are looking for a domain name, and just a little grammar correction, "prefex" was a typo was "prefix", but you meant the domain postfix, as the prefix of a domain name is the protocol (e.g. http, https, ftp, .. and possibly the sub-domain (www by default))

Also 123-reg has somewhat cheap deals, I got an .eu site for £0.95 :)
