I put the following appeal into the "i think jagex made a mistake" section:

"First of all, I don't know if this is a mistake or if someone botted on my account while it was stolen (check older recovery logs, it was recovered a few times). Reason i think I should be un-banned:
1. There is 0 evidence I botted, ever! (under the evidence column it says "none"
2. I use Ubuntu Linux (if there is a bot that would run on Linux, I would like to see it, nothing runs on linux)
3. Evidence says "None"
4. My account has been in-active for the past few weeks, besides me logging in to check the value of my stuff.
5. The evidence column says "None".
6. I only have 1 other offence, and its expired, showing I'm a rule-abiding player.
7. Evidence: "None".
8. I was a subscribing member for 1-2 years, that's $60 - $120, Do you think i would throw that away by using some 2-bit program?
9. No evidence.
10. If I would have really botted this would have shown up sooner, but you had your doubts (i know it had to be over 2 weeks ago, I wasn't on).
11. NO EVIDENCE!"

Macroing offences don't expire, neither do permanent bans..

No appeal was needed... His offence expired aug 17...

Thats the date it came into effect, look under the expires colum: "N/A"
botting is auto perm ban now.

It does if you are afking "which still counts as marcro", or macro "minor".

By afk do you mean holding down a arrow key or afk training (i afk train every day, bandits FTW)

As long as you are "AFK", they can report you and get you into some trouble.

I also got perm banned, appeal was denied, but now it says appeal pending again? Lets hope I get unbanned, it was my main and I never botted on it lol...
